The illustrations are all original batik paintings using wax-resist dyeing technique on cotton fabric.

This traditional technique enhances the illustrations of the vibrant underwater journey. Through this book, the writer cum illustrator also hopes to highlight the importance of the conservation of turtles and the ocean.
